A Sociedad Limitada (Limited Company) known as an S.L. has a minimum share capital of €3,000.
These funds should be deposited in the Spanish bank account that is opened upon setting up the company.
The bank will then issue a Certificado de ingreso (certificate of deposit). This enables formation of the company at a notary.
Alternatively a Sociedad Anónima (Corporation) commonly referred to as an S.A. requires a minimum share capital of €60,000.
